The Master Cleanse is a real thing that people do, and you get the point: magazines have unrealistic expectations of women).

The women's magazine, Wear Your Voice, is looking to change the dialogue that exists about women's summer bodies.

The #DropTheTowel hashtag wants women to be comfortable in their own skin, and stop hiding behind their towels and beach cover ups and embrace what they can't change.
