Denver DA charges man with tampering for handing out jury nullification flyers

Mark Iannicelli, 56, set up a little stall with a sign that said "Member of the jury Info" before the city's Lindsay-Flanigan courthouse, prosecutors say.
The Denver District Attorney's Office says Iannicelli gave jury invalidation flyers to jury pool individuals.
Jury invalidation is when members of the jury trust a respondent is blameworthy of the charges yet dismiss the law and return a not liable decision.
"Iannicelli has been discharged from authority on a $5,000 individual recognizance bond," the workplace said in a Thursday news discharge.
