India Beats Pakistan & China To Become The 33rd Most Reputed Country In The World

India tops the charts in some areas we can be proud of and some which have lot of scope of improvement. But, in any case, out country is definitely heading towards a developed and improved state. There is a new update on one such ranking.

India is Ranked 33rd most reputed country in the world out of 55 countries. Now, 33, to you, might not sound like a very good rank but, here are few reasons why it is a moment to feel proud and hope for further progress in future.

1. It is a massive improvement
India is ranked 33rd among 55 countries as far as its reputation perceived by people from across the world is concerned. Its reputation has increased by 7.4%.

2. Why has our reputation improved?
India has rapidly re-emerged on the international landscape since the general elections in May 2014. Economic growth has started to accelerate despite a broader slowdown in global growth. The indications are that India is in the early stages of a major economic inflection point – driven by a strong g push for structural reforms by the new government led by Narendra Modi.

3. Internal perception rankings
You will be interested to know that Indians think very highly of their own country too. India was ranked 4th when it came to internal perception rankings – just below Australia, Canada and Russia. India’s self image score was nearly 82.

4. Racing ahead of neighbours
China and Pakistan have been ranked in the bottom 10 of the most reputed countries of the world, which is a huge step back for both the countries. China has been ranked 46th, whereas Pakistan has been ranked 53rd (just above Iran and Iraq).

We hope that we climb up this ladder more quickly in the coming future.
